Please be aware we are more than happy to process exchanges due to any sizing difficulties. However, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Do we charge in different currencies?

No, everything on the site is priced in $USD. The final price is fixed and will be charged in $USD. The amount on your bank/credit card statement will be the equivalent amount to your local currency.

Should I include my phone number when ordering?

Yes, please ensure that a valid contact telephone number is added upon checkout. This applies to Paypal and Paypal Express as well. The shipping carrier will need this information in any case they have difficulties finding an address. Failure on providing a contact telephone number will result in a delay of your delivery.

Do we ship internationally?

We ship internationally. We offer a $25usd flat rate shipping cost. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues regarding international shipping.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 business days from the time of purchase( US domestic). Orders placed after 1PM may take an additional day to process for shipment. Please note, delivery windows may increase to 6-10 business days during busy periods such as sales or holidays. International orders will take 7-14 business days.

When will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been marked as shipped, we will provide you with a shipping confirmation via e-mail with the tracking information included. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once you receive this shipping confirmation. 

Can I change my order once its placed?

Depends. We would ask that you please contact us immediately by e-mailing customercare@merefootwearusa.com or calling (714)386-8625 for any order modifications. However, we cannot make any guarantees this can be done. For any orders that have already been marked as shipped, we will no longer be able to assist.
