DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to assist with a return (sale items are FINAL sale), provided that the items are in unused original condition and packaging within 15 days of receipt. Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping. To ensure that you receive your refund within a timely manner, we ask that you please make note of the tracking number for return. 

Only products that are in their original condition, inside an undamaged, unmarked MERE box, and sent inside a separate shipping box will be refunded. Failure to do so will result in no refund.Any scratches and damages to the shoes will be rejected by our returns department.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

To return an order please contact customercare@merefootwearusa.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Return all orders by UPS, USPS, or FedEx within 15 days from receipt for a full refund. Again, please make sure you keep your tracking number so you know that it arrives to us safely.
